This information will help me get to the root of your symptoms.

My coaching blends functional nutrition, cycle awareness, and somatic and nervous system support to help you evolve into a more vital and nourished version of yourself.

I’ve spent over a decade leading the global menstrual movement, from founding a menstrual health nonprofit and a women's health consulting agency, to initiating Menstrual Hygiene Day (28 May), and co-authoring the official definition of menstrual health adopted by WHO and UN civil society.

Now, I bring that same expertise to helping women to reclaim the vitality and harmony they so deserve, one cycle at a time.

TESTIMONIALS

Kind words from my dear clients

"I can't recommend her enough"

Working with Dani has been incredibly empowering - she helped me embrace my hormonal shifts with warmth, insight, and deep validation after feeling let down by the medical system.

If you're even a little curious about your hormones, Dani is the way to go.

- Sarah W.

"She is a real gem"

Dani changed my life in ways I never expected. With coaching from her, I was empowered to take ownership of my body in the early stages of perimenopause.

Dani met me in a time that my period was feeling out of control and having significant iron deficiency and I had given up that it would ever get better. Her intentionality and attention to detail taught me how my nutrition, sexual pleasure, and creative juices could be reprioritized and therefore have a better balance in all things in my life.

I am truly grateful for her and want all of my friends and family who menstruate to work with Dani.

- Myriah D.

"I’m so grateful for her generous spirit, deep knowledge, and the genuine love she brings into her work. "

Working with Dani was such a loving and empowering experience. She supported me through difficult pre-menstrual symptoms, helping reduce PMS symptoms, period pain, and breast tenderness with practical and holistic strategies that truly worked.

Her advice on nutrition, supplements, and somatic practices was always backed by research and tailored to what felt doable for me, recognizing that real change happens step by step. She checked in on my progress regularly, always showing care, empathy, and encouragement.

- Daryna K.

Every woman’s experience is so different.

I work in a highly personalized way and will recommend the most supportive path based on your needs, stage of life, and goals.

*Not all women menstruate and not all people who have periods identify as women. Inclusivity is paramount.
