Hey, I’m Danielle Keiser, Global Menstrual Health Educator, Hormone Coach, and unapologetic champion of body wisdom, vitality, and feminine power.
I’ve spent the past 12+ years turning my curiosity about periods, hormones, and the female body into a full-blown movement. From launching Menstrual Hygiene Day (28 May) to founding the Menstrual Health Hub and helping define “menstrual health” for the world — this work is not just my career, it’s my calling.
These days, you’ll find me guiding women (and the companies that employ them!) to reconnect with their cycles, navigate perimenopause with confidence, and build hormone-friendly lives that actually feel good.

In talking about periods at dinner parties and boardrooms alike.
When I’m not teaching or coaching, I’m probably on a beach in Crete, Greece, drinking olive oil like it’s medicine, swimming like a mermaid, or daydreaming about how we can build a world that honors our female physiology, not punishes it.
So whether you’re here to fix your period pain, make sense of your hormones, or bring real gender equity into your workplace…
✨ Welcome. You’ve found your person.✨
